Election 2012
Paul Tennant, Group Chief Executive with Orbit Housing Group, has been elected by CIH members to become the organisation’s new Vice President. Paul takes up the post with immediate effect and, in accordance with new governance arrangements, will succeed Robin Lawler as President in 2013.Paul said: “I am absolutely delighted to have been elected by members as Vice President of CIH. I see engagement with members as absolutely critical as CIH continues to evolve its role and offer in a time of such huge challenge and opportunity. I look forward to supporting those conversations going forward. I would like to thank the many members who supported me, and also those who took the time to share their views. Finally, my thanks to Jan for stimulating such worthwhile debates during the election.”
Robin Lawler, CIH President, welcomed Paul: “I am thrilled that Paul is to become the next Vice President he will be a huge asset for CIH and the sector.
