London

"We are an elected voluntary board, representing CIH - London, raising awareness of the capital's housing issues and policies by providing events and networking opportunities to our members."

A new chair has been appointed for CIH's London Regional Board:

Kate Dodsworth, executive director for people and startegy at AmicusHorizon, a G15 Housing Association, takes over from Jan Taranczuk.

Speaking about her appointment, Kate said: "I'm delighted to have been selected as the new CIH London chair. It's a crucial time for housing and i know our members in london are dealing with a huge number of priorities - from building more homes to delivering even better services for less money.

"Maintaining excellent standards for the sector is more important than ever and the London board has a pivotal role in helping members through change. I'm really looking forward to playing my part."
