Annual general meeting 2016
The 2016 AGM will take place on Thursday 26 May at 1.30pm, at Radcliffe - Warwick Conferences, The University of Warwick, Scarman Road, Coventry, CV4 7AL. It is the opportunity for CIH members to hear about our activities and accomplishments over the past 12 months and our priorities for the year ahead. It is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and have your say about the future of your professional body.
All members will receive their AGM papers by email or by post from 2 May 2016. If you have not received the documents, please contact the membership services team on 024 7685 1700 or at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are unable to attend the AGM, please register a proxy vote by logging in to your AGM site using the activation code contained in your AGM papers. The site will be available from 2 May 2016.
Annual report and accounts 2015
In 2015, CIH continued to focus on its core purpose as the professional body for housing, increasing the value CIH membership delivers. As a result, we saw a 3.2% increase in membership income and continued to see improved performance from our business to business sales. We will be maintaining this focus throughout 2016, and offering new benefits to members including free local training sessions and access to free online CPD courses.
The trading environment continued to be challenging, but CIH's financial performance was much improved. We are pleased with the progress that we made last year, but recognise that there is still more work to do.
