Apprenticeships: how can we help?
We care passionately about helping housing organisations to equip professionals with the skills they need to transform lives.
So whether you are just looking for more information, you want to build a new apprenticeship programme to make the most of the levy you are now paying, or you need to appoint an organisation to complete the final assessment – we are here to help.
Free information and support
If you are new to apprenticeships or just want to find out more about the changes, we can give you free practical help and support to help you make the most of the levy you are now paying.
If you know about the changes and are looking to get started and appoint a training provider we can help. Our Housing Academy is approved by the government’s Skills Funding Agency to deliver bespoke training programmes to help you take an apprentice and give them the skills they need to excel in a specific role in your organisation.
Under the new apprenticeships, each apprentice has to be independently assessed at the end of their training to complete the programme. And CIH is an approved end-point assessor. If you already have a training provider in place our experienced practitioners can provide this vital assessment function for you.
We can also provide both training and assessment for your apprentices. These functions will be provided completely independently for quality assurance, but you will have the convenience of dealing with the same lead contact throughout and the peace of mind of knowing that your apprentices are being trained and assessed by the professional body for housing.
