Apprenticeship end-point assessment explained
One of the key changes to apprenticeships is the introduction of the end-point assessment. Successful completion of the apprenticeship will be determined by the end-point assessment.
In the case of the housing and property management apprenticeships, the apprentice will be asked to complete a case study or project that meets a range of the knowledge, skills and behaviours areas within the apprenticeship standard as well as being appropriate to the job role that they are undertaking.
This case study or project will be completed prior to passing through the gateway to the end point assessment. Here the case study or project is assessed and verified by CIH and will take the form of a professional conversation between an independent assessor, the training provider, employer and the apprentice.
