Presidential Charity Golf Day

The day’s event will start with tea or coffee, bacon barms on arrival, with 9 holes in the morning followed by lunch of soup and sandwiches and then the main event of 18 holes, finishing with a 3 course meal and prize presentation. There will be individual prizes as well as a team prize. The competition is open to both members and non members of the CIH.

THE OTHER HOUSING EVENT

THE PALACE HOTEL, TORQUAY
At the end of October 2008 CIH South West launched "The Other Housing Event" at the Palace Hotel in Torquay.
Christian Blackbeard, CIH SW Chair 2008-9, explains, "The Other Housing Event was set up as a direct result of feedback we received from our main Torquay Housing Event in April. We had requests for more training at operational level, so we have introduced this sister event which aims to ensure CIH brings the best possible training to the South West.
