Booking Information

Please do not send any payment with this booking form – you will be invoiced after the event Cancellations made within 10 working days of the course will be charged the full fee. We will however, be happy to accept a substitute delegate within this time period for no extra charge. Delegates cancelling before this will be charged a £30 administration fee + VAT. If, at the time of booking, you do not know the names of delegates, please let us have the names no later than two weeks before the event.

Limitation of Liability

Liability for accident, injury or loss suffered by a delegate whilst attending events will only be accepted by CIH Cymru if it is directly due to negligence on our part.

Delegates are at all times responsible for taking care of their personal property and the CIH Cymru regrets that coats and other personal belongings are left on the premises at the owners own risk.

CIH Cymru accepts no responsibility for any loss incurred whilst using material or information obtained at Institute events.

Cancellation of Events

Where necessary, CIH Cymru reserves the right to cancel an event without prior notice. In such cases CIH Cymru's maximum liability will be restricted to the full amount of money already paid to CIH Cymru in respect of the cancelled training course. There is no entitlement to further compensation in respect of consequential loss attributable either directly or indirectly to any training course which has been cancelled. CIH Cymru reserves the right to alter the venue or to change a speaker/tutor without prior notice.
