Frontline futures is a radical change programme based on the CIH landmark report ‘Frontline Futures: new era, changing role for housing officers’. Published in 2014 the report aims to equip participants with the behavioural competencies identified as being key for frontline housing roles.
A unique and transformative programme. Frontline futures has substantive outcomes for participants and their organisations.
It takes learners on a journey to increased resilience, autonomy, self awareness and self reflection, whilst teaching them to use motivational interviewing and coaching approaches to facilitate others to recognise opportunities and choice. Delivered by a learning through doing approach it places particular emphasis on embedding and applying learning in the workplace.
With highly interactive and participative modules they include theory, practice, post programme homework, reflection coaching and action learning.
All participants will receive a minimum of:
- pre programme support
- four face-to-face teaching days
- two one-to-one coaching sessions
- personal development planning
- reflection session
This transformative programme is now entering its fourth year. With over 120 housing professionals and their organisations already benefiting from its unique and powerful impact.
