Service Design in Practice: Putting users at the heart of what we do
This programme will bring service design tools and methods to people working in housing and other sectors.
What is service design? It’s a set of tools and methods which guide you on how to identify challenges and solve problems. It is about really listening, being user focused and being able to effectively test and adapt ideas before implementation.
We introduce the theory behind service design at four interactive boot camp sessions. You immediately put your learning into practice using your personal work-based challenge. We support you through this with our unique learning environment, including peer monitoring, coaching, reflection and video logs. Immediate application of the learning enables successful integration into your working practice.
This programme will give attendees from your organisation the skills and mindset to innovate and develop cost effective services focused on user needs.
This new cohort will start in January 2020. Places are limited to 18 per cohort.
