Social housing is an ever increasingly stressful environment, working in what can be as unpredictable on the frontline, as strategically through cuts to funding and growing demand.
With this in mind CIH London and CIH South East present a practical workshop that will give attendees practical tools and techniques that can be used in their working and every day lives. Wellbeing is a big topic for organisations and this workshop will complement this.
Benefits of attendingThis practical workshop will see expert speaker Yvette Hoskins share some context on stress management, change management and general resilience. All housing professionals are working in an ever increasingly stressful environment, often driven by change and demand for their services. This workshop is designed to provide attendees with some tools and techniques to take away and implement both in their working and everyday lives.
Who should attendPractical workshop for any housing professional irrespective of seniority. The workshop will provide practical tools that they can take away to help manage their stress and deal with change. All in all, becoming more resilient.
This event is free to attend for members and £40.00 + VAT for non-members.
