The Repairs and Maintenance conference and exhibition will return in 2014. This two-day event will provide practical advice and informative case studies to front line housing professionals involved in delivering a Repairs & Maintenance service. By attending this event you will keep you up to date with the latest hot topics, legislative procedures and new industry initiatives in the sector, highlighting new and more efficient working processes to help you provide an excellent and efficient service to both your organisation and customers. The event will provide innovative talks focusing on practical application, successes and challenges faced in the effective delivery of a repairs service. We will look into the importance of a repairs and maintenance service and delve into the CIH repairs charter exploring how we can improve the services offered in your organisation.

This year we have expert speakers discussing key and ground breaking issues around repairs and maintenance. We look at what more we can do to tackle fuel poverty and help the environment, a legal update with the recent changes to VAT and how different approaches to leadership and culture can make a strategic business impact on your repairs and maintenance service.

This two-day event will be as interactive as possible, offering delegates the perfect opportunity to receive the information they really need to take back to their organisation and make a difference. With 20 interactive breakout sessions and a networking forum there are lots more opportunities to discuss the burning issues that surround you in your day-to-day role. This year’s must-attend event will give you the opportunity to hear key developments in the area of Repairs & Maintenance to assist you through these challenging times and improve your skills whatever your role.
