Asset management and repairs (at Scotland's Housing Festival 2019)
About the event
Repairs, maintenance and asset management services sit at the heart of any housing organisation’s work, but financial pressures, a changing policy landscape and the evolving expectations of customers mean it is more challenging than ever to deliver great services.
New to Scotland’s biggest housing event in 2019, CIH has designed a fresh new fringe event on repairs and asset management, featuring a packed programme of interactive sessions aimed at professionals working in strategic asset management, residential development and procurement.
This two-day fringe event runs alongside our main Housing Festival programme and provides you with excellent networking opportunities as well as access to the event exhibition.
*Please note - the asset management and repairs fringe event will take place within the exhibition hall at Scotland's Housing Festival. Tickets to this event do not grant access to the main Housing Festival sessions.

Aico housing festival conference dinner, with CIH president Jim StrangThe conference dinner at this year's Housing Festival offers an excellent opportunity for housing professionals to meet, network and relax, on the evening of day one of the event.
To celebrate Jim Strang's presidential year, Jim will address dinner guests, sharing his vision for CIH, for the sector in Scotland, and for the work that we do to support housing professionals to transform lives. The evening will also be an opportunity to raise funds for the President's chosen charity, Scottish Women's Aid.
The evening will include a pre-dinner drinks reception, a three course meal with wine, and entertainment, and will take place at the Crowne Plaza Hotel which is adjacent to the SEC in Glasgow.

Access to the main Housing Festival sessions is not included in the price. To book full access (including Asset management sessions), please visit the Housing Festival site.
We are currently experiencing problems with taking online payments for delegate bookings. We would recommend that you select the "invoice to organisation" option. This will generate an invoice to your organisation within 7 days. The invoice can then be paid by BACS. However if you prefer to pay by credit card, please call our events team on 024 7685 1722, quoting your invoice number, and they will be able to process the payment for you.
If you are experiencing difficulties with booking online, please call the CIH events team on 024 7685 1722.
