‘Owning Your Future 2020’ is a new series of informal ‘how to’ style sessions designed to provide you with a range of professional development skills, tools, knowledge and advice to turn your career aspirations into reality and set you on the right path to success.

Our third session will focus on developing your career in the new world

The current jobs market has been undergoing rapid transformation due, in part, to technological advances and updated work practices, but more urgently, due to Covid 19 forcing people to do things differently to breakthrough into their chosen careers and to survive and thrive.

The way we prepare ourselves through understanding the market, CVs, interviews and profile management is more important than ever to ensure we don’t miss the boat and are able to seize progression opportunities, equip ourselves efficiently and present ourselves in the best light.

In this session Daniel, Barry and Alma will help to set the current job market scene and provide delegates with practical tips and advice to help preparation and progression, topics will include;

• CV Tips

• Building your online profile

• Video Applications

• Virtual Interviews
