The government is consulting on introducing three year tenancies for private renters in England. The consultation sets out a number of different options to make the use of longer tenancies more widespread, including legislating to make them compulsory.
At this ‘virtual roundtable’ CIH members will have the opportunity to discuss the proposals in detail. It will help inform CIH’s response to the consultation and our work to improve security for private renters.
