This is a mini series is aimed at professionals involved in strategic housing issues and those providing specialist, benefit, welfare advice or income collection services to residents.

As Universal Credit roll out gathers pace, within the region, this two part webinar will cover some of the key developments of Universal Credit within the region.
This series will be a great opportunity to learn from leading experts, registered providers and agencies within the region.  It will also provide a useful arena to raise important issues for CIH to take forward and influence and shape welfare and housing policies within the region.

This webinar will focus on the following:

  • the ‘Customer Journey’ for Universal Credit claimants
  • a demonstration of the landlord portal by DWP job centre in Leicester
  • best practice through a co-ordinated approach between DWP and Leicester City Council, in preparation for full service roll out in June 2018

This webinar is free for CIH members and £20 + VAT for non members.
