What will you learn?
It’s vital that we develop innovative ways of working so that we can not only continue to support our most vulnerable citizens; but that we also create sustainable solutions to some of the UK’s most pressing challenges.
As part of the evolution of the Bromford Deal our operational teams and Innovation Lab piloted and evaluated a number of new services that aimed to help customers to build resilience, take control of their lives and ultimately achieve what they want out of life.
The results of these pilots were startling. So much so that we have taken the learning and we are now mobilising our operations to deliver an entirely different customer offer.
The innovative approach and rigorous evidence-based research demonstrated through the service offer pilots has enabled Bromford to completely transform our everyday conversations with customers… resulting in the introduction of our localities approach and the creation of a new role, the neighbourhood coach.
Despite being in its infancy, we are already seeing evidence that this proactive coaching relationship is opening up a world of possibilities for our customers and truly changing their lives.
