Benefits of attending
Management jobs come up all the time in housing, but it can be hard to stand out in a sea of applications. It can also be frustrating if you don’t feel confident in conducting interviews. Positioning yourself as a known quantity before applying makes your name recognisable on an application and helps you relax during the interview.
In this interactive session Jess Page will share some tips from her varied housing career on how she positioned herself for both internal and external promotions.
This will include a practical approach to:
1. raising your profile internally and being recognised for your work
2. building relationships with senior managers
3. being prepared
4. being opportunistic
5. building your external network
