The Chartered Institute of Housing is the independent voice for housing and the home of professional standards

Executive briefing - Leading diversity; making it happen

19 January, London

About the event

While the housing workforce is diverse, this is not reflected in our leadership. This briefing will outline why it is important to have a diverse leadership team and delve into the business benefits of embracing diversity. It will also provide an overview of the CIH 10 by 20 leadership challenge.

After the presentation Kate will welcome questions and discussion from the delegates. We’ll finish the briefing with a drinks reception and networking session where you can continue to discuss and debate with fellow professionals.

Why should you attend?

Kate Dodsworth, executive director of people and strategy, will explain the work that Amicus Horizon have done to develop their approach to leadership and diversity:

  • the challenges they faced
  • what worked and why
  • where they are going next
  • top tips for other organisations
