Human Resources Forum

21 May 2012, Belfast

About the event

Strategic role of Human Resources in managing change

Join our new human resources forum series to explore, debate and consider the unthinkable in all areas of people management within the housing sector!

Stimulating discussions this month, Mark Glinwood, CEO of Insight HR, will explore how to develop HR beyond personnel management to become a key partner within the change process. Participants will engage in sharing ideas, insights and practices from across the sector and beyond.

Our aim is to be professionally stimulating, whilst providing a considered, collective voice on the people management issues important to the development of the social housing sector. Meetings will include contributions from guest speakers and opportunities to examine case study information.
