Choice based lettings Good Practice Guide and Seminar
About the event
Choice based lettings (CBL) is a central plank of government allocations policy and every local authority is required to have CBL or equivalent allocation system. While CBL can minimise the length of time that properties are empty, it can be much more than a method to allocate hard-to-let properties but at the same time there can be pitfalls. It is vital to undertake good practice in CBL to avoid outcomes that go against the aims of the approach.
Together with the Housing Agency, the Chartered Institute of Housing has produced a good practice guide on CBL which will be launched at an event at the Wood Quay Venue in Dublin. Delegates will hear directly from CBL experts on the opportunities and challenges of their schemes. Places are limited at this free event so be sure to book your place now.
