Improving Services to Deliver Excellence21 January 2010 - London - Booking code: 15001
28 January 2010 - Manchester - Booking code: 15006
Featuring Jan Luba QC, Garden Court Chambers
With over 2.5 million council tenants in England, the provision of good quality housing management services is key to the delivery of efficient services. This is a one day event aimed at housing professionals involved in providing a Housing Management service.
The key objective is to update delegates with the latest developments affecting the day to day work of housing management services along with those which need to be considered when developing policies and procedures for the future.
This event will allow delegates to hear examples of best practice initiatives relating to issues such as dealing with anti-social behaviour, financial inclusion and neighbourhood management, as well as providing delegates with the opportunity to improve their personal management skills.
Through a combination of enlightening plenary sessions and a variety of specialist workshops, delegates are encouraged to participate in interactive discussions, and raise their questions and concerns to the experts.
This is your opportunity to quiz the panel of legal experts!
Submit any of your Housing Law questions prior to the conference and Jan Luba QC along with leading housing law specialists will answer as many as possible on the day. Questions can be submitted by email anytime before Friday 15th January 2010, please send them to events@cih.org.
This conference is aimed at anybody with an involvement in providing a Housing Management service and this includes both new and established housing staff. It will be of particular benefit to those working on the front-line dealing with tenant queries.
