The Chartered Institute of Housing is the independent voice for housing and the home of professional standards

    Outstanding Contribution to Housing

    This award is for someone who has consistently gone the extra mile during their career in housing. They will have shown passion and commitment to driving positive change in the sector. They will be a real ambassador for housing in Scotland.

    They will have driven change both in the organisation at wich they have worked and in the housing sector as a whole. We're looking for someone who has helped in their own way to put housing on the map.

    Who is eligible?

    This award is open to any individual who has worked in the housing sector in Scotland. Judges are looking for entrants who can demonstrate delivering positive change for their organistions(s) and in the communities they have served over their career. Entrants can include staff and committee members at all levels - hierachy is not important.

    How to enter & judging

    Entrants must complete the online application form. This submission will provide the basis for both short-listing and the final decision on the winning entry.

    Be sure to send in your application by the closing date: Friday 6 September 2019. Nominations will not be accepted after this date.

    Award

    The winner will be announced and the award presented at the CIH Scotland Excellence Awards Dinner on Friday 25 October 2019 in Glasgow.
