Policy and practice

If you want to be part of our great, high profile policy and practice team influencing the direction of housing policy and helping organisations and professionals to improve, we’ve got the job for you. In this role, you'll be carrying out a range of quantitative and qualitative research and analysis to help ensure that our policy and practice work is based on robust evidence. To do this you’ll need a good understanding of research design and methodology. You’ll also need to be a clear thinker with good analytical skills and be able to juggle a range of tasks and priorities. It would also be great if you shared our passion for housing too, but don’t worry if you don’t have a housing background – enthusiasm and a willingness to learn about the housing world will stand you in good stead.

If an informal conversation about this job would be helpful, please contact Debbie Larner, Head of Practice at or Melanie Rees, Head of Policy at
