Customer experience manager
Location/BaseBelfast, Cardiff, Coventry or Edinburgh
Hours: 35 hours per week (Mon - Fri)
We’re looking for a customer experience manager to join the events team delivering top quality events to the housing profession across the UK.
Your role will be to lead a team of event coordinators to deliver flawless experience in delivering high quality conferences. You will be comfortable juggling multiple operational priorities. You will be highly organised, a great planner, be calm under pressure and have experience of using CRM systems. You’ll be an excellent communicator and great at managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Experience of managing small teams would be an advantage. You will be working in a team that is dispersed across the UK, so travel across the UK and occasional overnight stays will be required.
Knowledge of the housing sector is desirable.
