The Chartered Institute of Housing is the independent voice for housing and the home of professional standards

National careers week banner

We supported National Careers Week 2018 (5-9 March) to help inspire the next generation of housing professionals.

CIH members are passionate advocates of what it means to work in housing - it offers a huge variety of opportunities and gives you the chance to make a real impact on people's lives. If you're already working in housing, the week was a great chance to reflect on what you want to do to invest in your professional development.

We profiled people at various stages of their career throughout the week and explored the big issues related to housing careers. You can catch up on some of the activity and content below.

Housing professionals from across the sector shared their stories about how they got into housing. You can catch up on these here.

Catch up on Twitter using #CIHcareersweek #NCW2018 and on the CIH Futures Twitter page.
