The UK Housing Awards are the showcase for excellence in social housing. Organised by the Chartered Institute of Housing and Inside Housing, they celebrate all that's best in housing across the UK.

The Awards ceremony took place on the 11 November 2004 at the London Hilton, Park Lane. We are now pleased to announce the 2004 winners and highly commended entries.
