The Chartered Institute of Housing and the Northern Ireland Housing Executive have published a joint report on housing market affordability in Northern Ireland 2006/2007. The report, commissioned by CIH and NIHE from Professor Steve Wilcox of University of York, provides an analysis of housing market affordability in 2006/2007, and in particular highlights how housing market affordability in NI continued to worsen during this period.
