Paddy Gray


Paddy Gray was appointed President of the Chartered Institute of Housing on 22 June 2010.

Paddy Gray is Professor of Housing at the University of Ulster. He is the first housing professional from Ireland to be elected President and the first academic. Professor Gray replaces Howard Farrand, Group Chief Executive of West Mercia Housing Group.
