How to... build skills and capacity in repairs services

Description

In June 2012 as part of our Year of Practice we launched Repairs: CIH Charter for Housing developed in partnership with Mears Group. This How to... is the second in a series specifically focused on supporting organisations to deliver against the commitments in the charter.
It is related to commitment 2 in the Charter which encourages landlords to 'equip everyone involved in delivering repairs services with the right skills, capacity and resources.
