CIH Cymru published this breifing in 2004 in recognition of the importance of the issue of homelessness to our members. At this time, homelessness was identified as a key prioritiy, with increasing numbers of people presenting as homelessness, significant pressure on services and insufficient resources to ahieve national and local objectives.
