Resident-led self regulation - potential and prospects

Description

This paper provides a definition of resident-led self-regulation, explore the potential benefits of a resident led self-regulation approach, and consider its prospects for successful development in housing associations. Some early suggestions are made on what would be needed to enable housing associations to take forward a resident-led self-regulation approach within the current regulatory system, and comments are made on how such an approach could contribute to regulatory reform.
