    17,000 wheelchair users in Scotland say they have real difficulty getting into or around their home, according to a new report from Horizon Housing Association. Produced with support from CIH Scotland, the report recommends increased new build provision for wheelchair users and greater emphasis on adaptations as two key solutions.
