  • Dear Customer Service Team, Not a lot has changed since my time in local government and I can well understand the members who are concerned at the current welfar reform. I do not see how I can help them as e retired 75 year old member although do I have a great deal of sympathy for theie rolein matters caught uo as they are?in politics. I send them all best wishes in the current climate. Richard(Rick) Kingdon.
