Renew your CIH membership by 1 January 2013

Ways to pay
- Online - login to your MY CIH, select pay membership subscription from the right hand menu and follow the online instructions. You can pay by credit or debit card or invoice your employer on checkout.
- Direct Debit - if you’re not already paying by Direct Debit, why not take advantage of spreading the cost of your membership and save money too. If you set up a Direct Debit we’ll retain your membership fee for 2013 at 2012 rates. Download the Direct Debit mandate and post it to us to the address below.
- Cheque - send a cheque by post to Membership, CIH, Octavia House, Westwood Business Park, Coventry, CV4 8JP. Please write your membership number on the reverse.
