Apply to join the CIH Scotland board
Take a look below to see how you can apply to become a member of the CIH Scotland Board.
Being a member of the CIH Scotland board will allow you to make a difference to housing in your area, as well as helping you to learn new skills and develop your career.
We are seeking board members who can play a part in supporting and influencing CIH activities at a local level, and meet and share experiences with other like-minded housing professionals.
This year, CIH will also be inviting members to apply for the position of vice president.
The position of vice president is a significant role within CIH. Nominees for vice president must demonstrate that they can be effective leaders for the profession and an ambassador for CIH; they must be an inspirational figure for CIH members and the wider housing sector, and provide challenge for improvement; they must be comfortable in the public eye and a willing champion for housing issues.
CIH is an equal opportunities employer. We welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons. However, as they are currently under-represented, we welcome applications from women and members of the BME community.
For more information and to apply for either of these roles, please click here.
The closing date for nominations is 5:00pm on Friday 8 June 2018.
