LATEST: DELIVERING AFFORDABLE HOME OWNERSHIP EVENT

This event has been developed for those working with the new home ownership systems and will provide delegates with information about the implications of new legislation and changes arising from Government proposals. It will look at the models that support the provision of affordable homes and investigate viable financial options which will give those on a low income a real opportunity to access sustainable home ownership and look at what the future holds in relation to the housing market including innovative ways to achieve affordable housing.

TACKLING OVERCROWDING EVENT
These special one day seminars will look at the Overcrowding Action Plan published in Dec’07, which was produced as a result of increasing ministerial concerns. The day will also look at pilot schemes tackling overcrowding, seeing what lessons can be learnt to ensure that your scheme meets the requirements of the communities you work with.
It will also address issues such as the health & safety monitoring system, fire safety, migrant workers and overcrowding and you will receive a legal update on recent caselaw as well as look at the options to help overcrowded households.
