CIH provides a wide range of services available to members, non-members, organisations, the housing sector and other sectors involved in the creation of communities. Many of our services are only available to CIH Members, including discounts.

WDH AND BROADLAND SIGN STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS WITH CIH

Wakefield and District Housing (WDH) and Broadland Housing Association have become the first two organisations to sign strategic partnerships with CIH. CIH Strategic Partnerships offer bespoke solutions, using our extensive knowledge and expertise, to support organisational success.

ConsultCIH has a large team of qualified professionals with over 25 years experience of providing high quality consultancy services throughout the UK. ConsultCIH provide services in three main areas: People, Places and Policy into Practice.

HouseMark | WEBSITE

HouseMark is a joint venture by the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and the National Housing Federation (NHF), two not-for-profit organisations dedicated to improving housing standards. We are committed to working for, and with, the social housing sector to improve performance and efficiency.

PROCUREMENT FOR HOUSING

Procurement for Housing is run by the social housing sector, for the social housing sector. An Advisory Committee representing member organisations steers PfH strategy and will be accountable to an annual meeting of members. Deals are decided upon by product groups, made up of specialists from the sector | Website
