CIH provides a wide range of services available to members, non-members, organisations, the housing sector and other sectors involved in the creation of communities. Many of our services are only available to CIH Members, including discounts.

CIH’s Practice Team is improving and extending its range of services. From 2009, housing professionals and organisations will be able to access a range of ten practice services, including two new consultancy services.

STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS
CIH created a new opportunity for UK housing organisations to develop a closer relationship with CIH. We introduced a new service called CIH Strategic Partnerships, which – for the first time - gives housing organisations access to our full range of services. In addition, CIH Strategic Partnerships offer bespoke solutions, using our extensive knowledge and expertise, to support your organisational success.

HouseMark | WEBSITE
HouseMark is a joint venture by the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and the National Housing Federation (NHF), two not-for-profit organisations dedicated to improving housing standards. We are committed to working for, and with, the social housing sector to improve performance and efficiency.
PROCUREMENT FOR HOUSING
Procurement for Housing is run by the social housing sector, for the social housing sector. An Advisory Committee representing member organisations steers PfH strategy and will be accountable to an annual meeting of members.
