CIH Membership provides news, knowledge, information, professional support and benefits to over 22,000 members. Our members are based in five continents and over 20 countries. They work in all types of organisations including local authorities, housing associations, universities, colleges and the private sector. Congratulations to the 64 CIH members who in January 2010 were upgraded to full membership of the CIH (MCIH).
GRADES OF MEMBERSHIP
- Affiliate Member - open to anybody who has an interest in housing but has no CIH approved Qualifications
- Student Member - available to anybody who is currently undertaking a housing course recognised by the CIH
- Housing Practitioner (Cert CIH) - available to anyone with a housing related qualification recognised by the CIH
- Associate Member (ACIH) - for people who are professionally qualified in an area other than housing
- Corporate Member (MCIH) - for people professionally qualified in housing
- Fellow (FCIH) - for experienced members of the housing profession
