GET READY FOR THE TSA

The Tenant Services Authority (TSA) has published proposals for a new regulatory framework for social housing in England. The new system of regulation will commence from 1 April 2010 bringing four million homes and over eight million people within the scope of the new regulator. It will affect all providers of social housing. It will require your organisation to change and will require you to work more closely with your tenants and residents to deliver resident led self regulation.
