Specialist routes to membership
We offer special routes to membership for senior housing professionals, HR professionals and those who wish to follow a route to CIH Chartered membership based on experience and professional competencies.
The Direct Final is a fast-track route to CIH Chartered membership for senior housing professionals and academics. Applicants can apply to do either the Direct Final academic route or the new experiential route.
HR professional membership is for people working in HR roles in housing organisations. Eligible members would join as CIH members.
The portfolio pathway provides a flexible route to CIH Chartered membership. This route recognises an individual’s professional competence achieved through previous study, work-place learning and professional experience.
