CIH is running a project for the Housing Corporation which involves a national Steering Group to oversee the project and two independent local Commissions, in Manchester and South Hampshire. The project will investigate and consider the evidence on national and local issues which impact on the rationalisation of the sector's housing stock and will make recommendations as to how rationalisation can be taken forward.
