2009 marks a decade of Devolution in Wales and much has happened in this relatively short period of time. TAI will give an opportunity to reflect on these ten years, examine successes and failures, but more importantly look ahead against the backdrop of ‘One Wales’, the Essex Review and a new National Housing Strategy.



About the Conference

TAI is Wales’ premier housing conference and exhibition. Now in its 21st year, this event is firmly established as the flagship conference on the Welsh housing calendar attracting more attendees than any other event of its kind in Wales.

The event will be staged at Cardiff City Hall situated in the heart of the Capital. This prestigious building is fully equipped to accommodate state of the art conferencing.

The main conference hotel will be the five star Cardiff Hilton. This modern landmark venue situated adjacent to City hall will accommodate the Conference Drinks Reception and Gala Dinner.

Subsidised Packages

We are pleased to offer a subsidised package for tenants and voluntary organisations who wish to book Option A (Full Delegate). The price for a non-transferable subsidised package is £220+VAT . Please select booking option A1.

Shared Delegate Place

In response to customer demand we will be offering a shared full delegate booking option limited to one place per organisation. This shared package will allow an organisation to send one person per day for the duration of the event.

The Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) accepts responsibility for accident, injury or loss suffered whilst attending one of our events only if it is directly due to negligence on our part. Delegates are responsible for taking care of their own property. CIH accepts no responsibility for any loss incurred whilst using material or information gained at one of our events.

Cancellation of Events

CIH may have to cancel an event. In this case, we will return any payments received in advance. We will not refund any other costs you may incur as a result of this cancellation.
