About the conference

TAI 2010 is the annual conference of Chartered Institute of Housing Cymru. Now in its 22nd year, the event is better than ever, and has firmly established itself as Wales’ Premier Housing Conference and Exhibition. In 2010 the event attracted more than 60 exhibiting organisations and almost 400 Welsh housing professionals over three days, bringing together 600 people. TAI 2010 promises to be another superb event – don’t miss out on the must attend event on the Welsh housing calendar!

TAI 2010 features:

TAI 2010 - CHANGE is coming

2010 is the year of change. TAI 2010 is a must in any housing professional’s calendar, examining the significance of the potential changes that will affect housing strategy and front line delivery.

With a general election looming, a new First Minister for Wales, housing post Essex, the National Housing Strategy, the presentation to parliament of the Housing and Local Government legislative competence order and the largest ever programme to improve social housing as the massive stock transfer process starts a projected three year investment peak, 2010 promises to be a very significant time for housing in Wales.

Who should attend?

The conference programme will be designed to attract anyone involved in housing so whether you are a resident, tenant,

government official, housing practitioner, planner, regeneration specialist, or employed in health and social care spheres – TAI 2010 will offer something for you.
