Learning OutcomesWeek 5 – Pledge 4 - Appoint a champion at a senior level in your organisation to own the activity you are doing to support people experiencing domestic abuse.
This session will highlight the crucial role of leadership in your organisation and living the values of the pledge and cover:
- Making domestic abuse core business
- Leader and Executive team to embed across the business
- Examples of national good practice
- Video (or personal appearance) of personal story

Prior to her current role as DAHA Co-founder and Business Manager, Kelly was the Domestic and Sexual Violence Lead for a local authority, coordinating the area's Multi Agency Domestic Abuse Partnership.
Kelly's housing experience includes roles in housing management, asylum, policy and research.
