This one day course will focus on the responsibilities of landlords, managers and maintenance staff in respect of life safety systems.
The course is aimed at housing managers and owners responsible for fire safety in houses and flats in Ireland.
The day will include a brief outline of relevant legislation and standards.
It will focus on addressing practical aspects of roles and duties.
The course will be delivered by Paul Condron- Consulting Engineer.
Paul is a specialist in Life Safety Systems Engineering and Construction Legislation.
He has been involved in the writing of Fire Detection and Alarm National Standards since 2001.
