The aim of the workshop is to help frontline staff learn about resilience so that they can develop strategies to deal with challenging situations.

What you'll learn

You will learn the meaning and importance of resilience for wellbeing and performance, and evaluate your personal resilience and strategies to achieve positive outcomes in difficult situations.
