There are around 320,000 shared ownership homes in the UK and more are being built each year. More and more housing associations, along with local authorities are entering the shared ownership market place but need the tools to enable them to manage this tenure well.

This practical workshop will give your staff the knowledge and confidence to manage shared ownership homes effectively so that you can provide an excellent service to your customers and maximise your income.

Your trainer

Helen Muir specialises in leasehold and home ownership management and has been working in this field for twenty-eight years. She held senior roles for two large housing groups before becoming an independent consultant and trainer. Over the last eight years Helen has provided interim management and strategic and operational support to a number of local authorities and housing associations to assist them in home ownership and leasehold management policy, practice and cost recovery.
