What are CIH masterclasses?

Delivered in partnership with Central Consultancy and Training, this series is designed for experienced leaders and managers who wish to continue their professional development. Each masterclass is led by a senior consultant with solid experience and recognised expertise. Aimed at high performers, these masterclasses are challenging, fast paced and stimulating to take part in.

What is this masterclass about?

Exploring how value for money can be embedded in all aspects of organisational culture. The masterclass will also look at developing a strategy for driving value for money improvements. Providing practical and expert input on robust self-assessment of an organisation's performance, including return on assets. The masterclass demonstrates how to ensure continued improvement; and engagement and communication with stakeholders on this topic. With the most up to date thinking to match sector challenges, prepare for thought provoking input and discussion on this topic.

Who is it for?

This masterclass is designed for experienced leaders and managers.

Who is the facilitator?

Stephanie Bamford is an experienced consultant with an impressive track record. She spent seven years as a deputy chief executive director of corporate affairs at William Sutton Trust and is an experienced company sectretary. She is also a trustee of the Town and Country Planning Association and the Building and Social Housing Foundation, and immediate past Chair of the UNECE CHLM's Housing Advisory Network. She specialises in regulation, governance and risk and has advised clients on a wide range of governance improvements, group structure changes and due dilligence. She has undertaken strategic options and organisation structure reviews, and supported clients in the preparations for regulatory visits.
