What is the Level 3 certificate in housing services?

It is a qualification which provides learners with a broader knowledge and understanding of key areas in delivering housing services. If you already have completed a Level 2 Certificate in Housing Practice or have experience of working in housing this is the ideal qualification. Completing four units, from a choice of seven you can select the units that best suit your current role or one you aspire to. A fantastic choice if you are lookig to progress within the sector or are new to housing.

Gaining a qualificaton is a great way to develop your careers prospects. This programme will enable you to be an effective housing practitioner, gaining valuable skills and knowledge in approaching key housing issues. We have adapted this qualification to reflect the housing sector in Wales including all devolved aspects.

Who is it for?

Ideal for housing, inclusion, neighbourhood and regeneration officers, anyone who has completed the CIH level 2 certificate in housing or would like to begin a career in the housing sector.

They are adapted specifically for the housing sector in Wales and are delivered by delivery partners who have substantial experience and expertise in the sector. We offer a blended learning approach with additional support provided throughout.

What can I expect as a CIH Cymru learner?

CIH has a range of ways to support you as you learn. For every qualification or training course you will be provided with a full set of learning materials to work through, which will support and supplement your tutors’ teaching. They will assess, provide feedback and will be on hand to support and advise you throughout your learning experience.
