In detail this course will explain the different legal definitions of tenancy, summarising the types, terms, allocation and suitability, including the rights and responsibilities of landlords and occupants. It will also explore the legal and regulatory requirements for allocating social housing.

Housing and neighbourhood officers, those serving their local neighbourhoods by providing housing management services or anyone that already has a level 2 qualifications and/or experience of working in housing.
